Cancellation Policy
To deliver orders quickly, our fulfillment system is automated. Once an order is placed, it moves to processing within minutes and is handed to our shipping partner shortly thereafter. Because of this short window, please review your cart carefully before completing checkout — we cannot guarantee a cancellation request will reach us in time.
Cancellation requests
Email support@fragrancevendor.com immediately with your order number. We will make a best-effort attempt to stop the shipment, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
If cancellation is not received before tracking is issued
Once tracking information has been issued for your order, the order is considered shipped and the cancellation window has closed. From that point, our Return Policy applies — you may return the unopened, unused product for a refund under the terms described there.
